How long will my order take to arrive? 

Attacher hand makes every product, so please allow 1-2 days, from when your order is placed, for your one-of-a-kind product to be created. If you order before 1pm business day, your order will be made that same day. If you order after 1pm, your order will be created the next business day. During holiday or sale periods it may take longer.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has been posted. 

We offer three shipping options: 

1. FREE standard shipping within Australia. Orders within Sydney Metro will be received within 2 business days from shipping notification. Country NSW orders will be received up to 5 business days from shipping notification. All other metro areas interstate will receive their order 3-6 business days from shipping notification. 

2. Express shipping will be delivered the next business day from shipping notification for an additional $10

3. International shipping (NZ, China, US, Canada, UK, Major Europe) will take 6+ business days from shipping notification and is an additional $15 (AUD).

Express shipping ($10) - 12pm AEDT Tuesday 18th December

International customers

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

If you are shipping a parcel to the UK, there is a mandatory VAT tax rate applied to all imports. This is set by the Government, and cannot be avoided.

To make things more streamlined for you, for any orders being shipped to the UK, your order will have a 17% VAT charge added at checkout (excluding GST for Australian customers).

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

I have an issue with my product what can I do?

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send it to you. If however, you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you. Please reach out to our team at
